If you need to reschedule or cancel please let us know at least one week prior to your event and we will get you rescheduled based on our availability.

No shoes, food , drink, candy, faceprint, water activities, paint, glitter, confetti, or pets. All equipment must stay in the soft play area. Parent supervision is required, Failure to comply may result in $150 damage fee.

In case of inclement weather (rain, thunder, lightning, etc.) the client is responsible for having an alternative option indoors for us to setup. We will not set up if there is any chance of rain or other inclement weather. If we are unable to set up indoors, we will gladly reschedule based on our availability within 6 months of your event. We also can offer a refund minus the non-refundable retainer.
